Recommendation for monitoring credit? (for identity theft)
« on: October 20, 2012, 09:50:00 PM »
A family member of mine lost his wallet with his drivers license and social security card in it (no credit cards).  Can anyone recommend the best service to use in order to monitor his credit activity, to make sure that no one is applying for credit in his name (i.e., a service that notifies you every time there is a credit inquiry)?  Is there anything else that he should be doing in this circumstance, other than just monitoring his credit?

thank you
