There's pretty good point tickets availability on Air Canada's 787 Dreamliner's business class from YYZ-TLV in August & September:

I've seen before. It comes and goes. Especially likely towards EOS. But again, only a single seat. Never more

Keep in mind there's only 20 seats in Business, (compare to 210 economy) & AC would rather keep them for their Aeroplan points redemption!
