How do you guys applying? Do you still put your old US DM on the application? I thought the two frequent flyer accounts were merged today..?

You don't have to put in FFN.

I saw this on FT, but is it normal that only 1 of the 2 cards have converted over to the Aviator? The 2nd card was the one opened most recently.

When I click on link, it says "Sorry, this program is no longer running. Thank you for your interest. Close" and then when I hit "close", it takes me to application. Does that mean it still works?
