I ended up keeping the card without having to pay the fee,

Im thinking will this hurt me in the future if I wanted to apply for the new card with whatever the bonus will be??

it would be the same as if you would've closed the card, to reopen a new us airways card. Just close it whenever you want to, and give it a month or two, and then reapply.

I selected paperless statements a few months ago, in order to get the $25 bonus. Now that I got the bonus, can I select paper statements, w/o them taking back the bonus?
