seeing as the new address would not be listed on the credit report, They may ask for proof of address.

That answers my question. I live in the northeast so my only pulls from Transunion are from Barclays. If only Chase, Amex, and Citi would each pull from a different bureau for everyone :P

Anyone get the 5,000 point retention offer over the phone but not receive the points? I haven't gotten the points and customer service is giving me a hard time with it.

Called them and they said that they gave me 10,000 points instead of 5,000 points but the 10,000 points was really for the refer a friend program.

It can take longer. I got the 5k retention offer back in November, and it only posted last week.

Okay thanks. They told me it should be in my account by 6 weeks from the end of the program, but guess that isn't always the case because it's been about 10 weeks.
