Read through the credit card threads & you'll see people have lots of success. Just be smart about it. It's not a problem, if they don't wanna approve you for the new one they won't.

After some HUCA, today rep said that because other card, will not qualify for new bonus..

I have the same card for 22 months and arrival for 11 months

All the reports on many blogs shows that if it is not instantly approved and you already have this card, they deny you 90% out of 100%
Don't have much hope here

I would suggest you downgrade, convert before you reapply for same card.
When I tried for Barclay cards 2 yrs ago. I called RECON, They cared less about my excellent score. Kept saying NO because of some inquiries. They would say NO to all my offers of card closing, CL transfers or reasons.

They will say you already have this card so NO.
