Wait until the miles post to your USAir account. After you see the miles show up on Barclays site, just change the closing date to get the miles faster

I sent them a SM asking them to waive the AF & downgrade to arrival. Their reply was:

In order to provide you the best service possible, please contact us anytime at 866-419-0881.
