they keep threatening to take the 50k if I close the card....is that normal?

Yes but once it's in your dividend account there is nothing they can or will do

Applied for the card a few days before the 50k offer came out. SM'd to be matched and was told it would be matched. Bill closed AF paid and only 40k posted. Was about to SM again and now see 10k in points earned this month. Weird. But glad i got it.

Just had a painless downgrade to Arrival- on the first call.  Rep said ok, let me look in to it.......I'll need to transfer you to a specialist. Specialist said sure, I just need to read you this disclosure.

Only a 1k bonus on first spend. Previously, on a downgrade, I got 10k after 1k spend.

I got 10k bonus after 1k and this was about 3 weeks ago.
