US Airways MasterCard Now Offering 50,000 Miles

Made a costly mistake. I had my wife apply for the US Airways card right before they discontinued applications, she also had a US Airways card from a prior application. I got the statement with the annual fee but didn't realize that it was for the new card, thought it was for the old card. Had my wife call and she had the card downgraded to the Arrival. Now I just realized that I made a mistake as to which card it was. Is there anything I can do at this point to get the 50,000 miles?? Can I undo the change, still never received the Arrival card in the mail. Any recourse?

I had the success reopening a us airways card within 30 days. I did it via Twitter, by tweeting them, and they called me to process the request.

Ive had success over the phone, they were able to reopen the same card, I even kept the same old card

about the bonus, I don't see why you shouldn't receive it, if its still within the first 3 months and you paid the annual fee

I already got the bonus. Due to a miscommunication, they just closed the card. I just wanted to keep the card open.
