I guess I'm not as into my playlists as Marco Polo; I get the thirty day free trial, sign up with a new account and an empty gift card, and repeat whenever I'm in the mood of having Spotify. I never found this particularly annoying (besides for the emails that payment failed and your service will be terminated if you don't fix it).
