looking to import a car to Israel on a Student Visa

Do any of you guys have recent experience with importing a car into Israel based on a Student Visa and therefor not having
to pay VAT. Do you know any companies who deal with this type of thing ?

Anyone done/considering doing this with a Tesla? The tax being so low on electric vehicles, it should make it all much simpler, no?
