It looks like there's a Bochur between the Police and the guy.

What would have happened if the cop missed his shot and the bullet ricocheted? That bullet could end up anywhere. Those Bochurim were way to close for comfort...

What should they do, not allow anyone who isn't Jewish to enter? You want them to set up metal detectors at the door? It might be done now, but it's kinda extreme
