Good news for New Yorkers between 200% and 250% FPL (which is also usually updated around this time of year)

As a result of this waiver, starting April 1, 2024, a new variation of Essential Plan will be in place for consumers with income above 200% but less than or equal to 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.

The numbers listed seem to be the 2024 FPL numbers.
