You took advantage of a price mistake, and think they are the horrible people?

I take advantage too but I don't expect the company to like it.

Because the chat reps gave everyone their money back and $10 for a 3rd party seller?

Instead of making you ship it back, or prorating the charge?

According to TD or is walmarts fault and that is why they are refunding everyone and giving the credit

last year i had an issue with something, and every time i called up i waited a long time to get a rep and either had to hang up or was disconnected. emails would be returned with pretty much automated responses. this went on for months. one email to the BBB and i got a call from walmart
my issue isnt how they deal with situations like this one, its being able to even deal with them

Outcome: Being refunded $14.97 for 3 packs plus a $10 GC!!

+1. Lately Walmart has been surprisingly generous with mistakes. They gave me a $183 GC ($298 full price - $115 sale price) when they cancelled my order for in store pickup from this deal: http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/55740

Just accept that you didn't pay for your 1 bag of cups and drink a hot beverage.
If you were charged, call Walmart back for a refund.

Dixie has nothing to do with this, so I don't know what you told Walmart. These orders were from Walmart website fulfilled by TigerDirect. So, if not Walmart, you should be directed to talk to TigerDirect.
Call Walmart and say: I ordered a case of cups and only one bag of cups came. Where are my other cups or can I have a refund of my order.

I had the same issue, they wanted me to send back the 1 pack of cups.. I said I am not wasting 1 more minute of my time on this. Had to dispute the charge & finished
