Getting the cups is not the important part; being charged is.  If you have been charged, wait another day or 2 and see if you get credit for it.  If not, then call.


Then again, getting the cups free IS the important part!

Ok - I have 4 orders, 3 made it to my house , 2 show as shipped on walmarts website.

I just logged in to my AMEX and see one charge for 4.99 and nothing in pending. Just dispute the charge on AMEX? If noone here seems to be getting the whole order shipped then whats it worth fighting with them on the phone? To get a return label? Or the refund? I can just dispute it.

It's $5. You didn't just pay for 1000 cups. You paid for 1000 cups and the gamble that you will only get 25 or 50. You lost the bet, now you have to pay your $5. That's how price mistakes go.

-1 the gamble is that it will get cancelled and is it worth the hassle not will you get less than whats posted

Well, clearly $5 is not worth the hassle everyone is going through. Messaging Amazon on a price mistake and getting it reimbursed in 2 minutes is worth it. Multiple calls to dead WM and TD customer service depts is NOT worth $5.

that may be true but you can't say don't cry about the 5 bucks suck it up you knew you were taking a gamble. If someone wants to take the time to call why shouldn't they and for many people it's way more than 5$

got the cups yesterday. i also saw the pending charge yesterday. today the charge has disappeared. how odd
