 disputed earlier with chase. They called me about an hour later saying they were issuing a full permanent credit for both charged.

Same story with me. I had to wait ~20 minutes for a chat agent, but they knew right away about this issue.

+1. I called circuit city and as soon as I  said Walmart and wrong item,  he says "oh,  you mean the cups"

refunded the 9.98 x three orders..
keeping cups
and sent a 10 e credit to my email
not bad for 5 minutes of my time

Weird.  I placed two orders, one for 3 sets, and one for 5.  The charge for 3 never left the pending stage, but the 24.95 hit and is still there.  I just got a $5 credit from walmart.
