then called wm and she was about to replace the orders for me and the system cancelled it out bec it was 3rd party, so she called TD and they were about to process the new order and the guy said its to much of a hassle and refunded my gc. 1.30 hr later...

Wow I must have tried at the exact right time - I waited for about 5 mins for chat, took 2 minutes to get refund and $10 gc.

I chatted at about 12:45 pm today. I had to wait about 5-6 minutes to chat. I explained my issue and was given a refund as well as $10 gift card. Done.

When I called, he said they had already done an internal investigation and there was a note for whoever had placed the order, so he wasn't the one "authorised" to give me the credit. Though, I feel like I had a moron rep...

I didn't waste my time. I just filed against the charge with my amex, saying I didn't receive most of what I ordered. The next day I have the money refunded for 3 orders.
