I got the 3 packs of 25 in the mail last week, just got another email from wal-mart with a tracking number for the 500 cups.

Anything to be concerned about?

Same here -check the tracking number. Mine said delivered last week. Not sure why the email was generated now (maybe I'll get charged now?) but the tracking relates to the order you already have.

I got the same email. In my first order they also sent me an email about a week after I received it so I'm not worried.

I have good luck with Walmart mistakes. Last one I got about 200 free soup bowels and plates. Now I got 600 cups free.

I just make sure I'm not doing it for only 25 cups :)

Called Walmart, the rep told me I need to call Tigerdirect to issue the refund but I can keep cups and Walmart will send me $10 egift card within 48 hours. But when I spoke to Tigerdirect she told me I need to send my cups back in order to get the refund . I asked to be transferred to another rep. or a supervisor but the lady refused and just hang up :) Superb customer service :(

It should work.
It could be that it says that there is no chat today.
It said that last week, too, but it still worked.
Or because of the holiday, maybe they will be back tomorrow.
