I had problems getting credited for all 3 orders. 3 disputes later for $5 approx ea it has been credited. shame it had to get to that for silly hot cups

I just got an email from Walmart asking me to rate Circuit City. I rated them quick on delivery and prompt on satisfaction for a mistake in the order.

Seriously? I would rate them horrible on customer service based on my experience, and many others
