I got a shipping notification. Fedex shows the package is 2.1 lbs. Is that 1000 cups or 1 sleeve?

Bought the amazon that will "ship" when in stock... A: whats the chance of getting it . . . and B. I really don't even need/want the cups . . . is it sellable? I guess if it actually ships i"ll offer it here for the deal price...

I ordered 4 pieces.. that is 4000 cups.. but weight says 6.7 lbs / 3.04 kgs .. what does this mean ?
