Economy Class which one is the best?

I have a choice of flying:
SWISS ORD-ZRH ZRH-TLV
Lufthansa ORD-FRA FRA-TLV
Air Canada ORD-YYZ YYZ-TLV
United ORD-EWR EWR-TLV
Austrian ORD-VIE VIE-TLV
British Airways ORD-LHR LHR-TLV
Turkish Airways ORD-IST IST-TLV
Air France ORD-CDG CDG-TLV

All of these are within 100 dollars of each other but I'm not sure which one is the best i will be flying economy class just want to know which one is the best.

I'd do process of elimination and avoid Turkish Air....

Turkish is actually a decent economy. I did it on that route.

Would you get economy plus on the UA? If yes that would be top.

Swiss would also be up there. Ill avoid LH

Hows AC with the 787?

I flew once Singapore form Jfk to Fra and connected to El Al. I also twice flew with Turkish and I would put that in for # 2.
