US Airways, Switch To Paperless Statements & Receive $25 Statement Credit

Yup think most people including myself have not gotten it yet. I was on paperless, switched to paper to activate offer, and then back to paperless.

Had the same, I called after the statement posted without the credit and was told I didn't have the offer on my account. Got 2500 miles instead.

I just called Barclay's us airways about the statement credit. I asked why i got it and my friends didn't. The answered that they did not see that i qualify for that offer and the $25 credit was just a 'goodwill credit" (it says online "system adjustment -25.00").
Btw i only received the credit on my account not on my wife's account

Boy. These reps really are incompetent or the system is crazy.
Could you think of anything that was different on your wife's account that would explain why she didn't get it?

Is the $25 credit supposed to show up immediately after the purchase made goes throug? Or could it take a few days. I see my 1.99 charge going through showing 12/19 but no $25 credit yet. Should I call them or is this supposed to only show next statement?

Sorry Eli - was reading around and saw ppl asking same question. Only noticed your SM post now. Appreciate you pointing it out. So some get a credit it seems and some a check.

Meanwhile, only 1 person reported receiving credit and no one has received a check + the reps already proved that they know nothing.

In general I agree but Barclays had a banner show up on EVERY account across the board promoting this. If ppl have questions about it and want to find out more I should hope that ppl over at Barclays are educated on a matter that is advertised across all accounts.
