Why do all major stores, credit card companies, airlines reps hire people from there.

Do you guys know what I am talking about? I really wanna scream. My wife is on the phone with them for the past 30 minutes and getting no where  >:( >:( >:(

These people hardly understand or speak English, forget about how to process a simple refund for a returned item.  ::) ::) ::) ::)

Yeah... but for Corp security or reconsideration dept they never hire these people. But for customer service they really believe that these people are worth anything.

Try asking for "onshore" rep.
I sometimes dont even try with these reps, i ask to be transferred instantly.
