Some personal experience: I booked 4 tickets with this ruble thingy, I used a Barclays card to reach a spending on it, Barclays pushed off the charge for a week before it posted... ridiculous!
I filed a dispute with this crazy nasty inhuman costumer service... they credited the difference until it's investigated, I've yet to hear anything about it...
