Maybe the residence on the new A380 for 100?
If that's a 90 the residence should be 100 unless you will rate it at 99:P

I'd bet they STILL serve KSML in EY Residence, in which case it's still <100, but probably as close as one can get to 100.

A steak sandwich BYOK from Reserve Cut will be better than anything else anyway. Don't see why that's a hangup.

So we have a verdict  ;)
Bottom line is that it just depends what you're talking about.

Obviously CX J is closer to F than it is to Y.
But there are J's that are closer to Y than they are to F on a better carrier.

I just had my "blown away by J class" expirence.
Landed today after doing DNV-ORD-FRA-ZRH-TLV.
My ORD-FRA on UA J was a real game changer and I don't wan't to ever traval long hual in Y again.
By the time I got on my FRA-ZRH 50 min reguler seat "J" I was complaining to the guy next to me that there was no coat closet :-D
Imhe the UA seat was wider and more comfortable the CX seat, the only thing that bothered me on UA was having to jump over the guy next to me to go to the bathroom.
The service was great in both.
The most amazing thing was the aowsome boiling hot shower I took in FRA LH lounge after 14 hours of travaling. It was one of the best showers of my life.

You probably mean DEN not DNV, right?

Also, I thought you being blown away means you haven't been on CX or others yet..?

Yup, ment DEN. I am coming off of close to 24 hour traval and my mind is not working on 100%
My UA ORD-FRA was indeed my first J flight. My ZRH-TLV segment was on Swiss biz and after all the good stuff I heard about Swiss J, I was a little underwhelmed by it compared to United.

I want them to serve me an RC steak sandwich on the plane.  Not when I know it's possible to do. I don't want to have to shlep it or feel like I'm bothering them when asking to heat it up.

That's because it wasn't real J. I flew IB J and BA J about 10 times this summer intra-Europe/Israel and yeah, it's just like flying J in US domestic: 2 seats instead of 3 (sometimes 3 seats with no one in the middle seat) and a more personal stewardess. Can't compare that to an international LX J.

It actually was an international LX lie flat J on a 737-400 flight which is what they fly ZRH-TLV.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the flight, it just that the seat itself was better on United.

Woa, I didn't know that. MUC-TLV was a blah J as opposed to EWR-MUC. Pretty cool to know ZRH-TLV is lie-flat.

Hmmm, your probably mistaken,  Don't thing it was a 737 400, probably was A340-300 or A330 300. Don't even think they have the 737 400

I hardly doubt that you flew on Privat Air, & IIRC, they have later versions of the 737s
