You are missing  my point,
I'm saying that the standard availability  is crazy  stopovers(like 14 hr), however you can find with short stopovers.

The reason I said this is because you posted that it's the standard stopover time.

How do you know the company didn't originally call it Transaero and then  transliterate for Russians?
also, the only logical transliteration of аэ to English would be ae or aye but definitely not e

The fare is missing the YQ and therefore can be considered a glitch.
Transaero’s flights are always cheap, but now approximately 250.00 less due to the missing YQ.
No way of knowing when they’ll update the fare. In similar situations other carriers have fixed the “problem” faster. I guess they will always be two steps behind.

I think the Transaero fares listed on all OTAs are missing the YQ. It seems like Cheapoair has a negotiated fare with Transaero that is always lower than the rates listed on other sites. Their lower fare and the missing YQ is what’s making the fares so cheap.
