Isn't a bassinet not guaranteed by most airlines anyway? I flew with Turkish and they said they will put in a request and hopefully I will get it, but maybe not. Do you have a bulkhead seat reserved?

I know they refused to let you order the bassinet. What I am asking is whether they let you reserve a seat at all. If they let you reserve a bulkhead, perhaps you can ask for a bassinet at check-in. BTW, why did you say HUCA is useless? What happened when you tried? Do you keep getting the same babushka?

Truth is I didn't try but I'm very not optimistic, and plus it's not  a persenal booking.
 so when I called up to get ksml for pax
I tried to get bassinet as well...
