Because obviously a company in private beta has to have everything down pat?
Never mind that their main competition has had 20 years to tweak and improve their service; you expect a perfect experience before they launch.

Once they publicly launch, criticize them all you want.
Until then, either give them feedback or simply don't shop there.

If you have issues Amazon is easy breezy. Jet is a royal PITA. My 3 year old could have given me better customer service.
Plus you can get 5x points on Amazon purchases via Ink.

I don't see a reason not to shop with Jet, they are about 15% cheaper than Amazon on most products, they offer FREE return which Amazon doesn't (unless you wanna risk your account closed), they ship from trusted resellers like home depot, B&H, Office Depot etc. etc, I ordered something Friday, I had it delivered Tuesday (same speed as Amazon prime), taking advantage of price mistakes won't work with them since they are still in Beta they have a lot of listings that are incorrect (like this Bosch mixer as you see in the picture it's not a mixer but a blender, the picture is already updated, this was sold at $96 when the picture was a mixer, whoever ordered got a blender) so there's no point of taking advantage of price mistakes

I've used return protection with amazon when I missed the 30 day window (was not sold by amazon).

I still buy on amazon over jet, but I'd rather use an amex in most cases.

So you have a comments about a negative point for Amazon, to say with confidence that Jet won't do that sounds foolish to me. How could anyone predict what they will be before they even launch.

Many other companies do it as well btw.

What's that have to do with doing too many returns?

You can save a couple dollars for waiving the right to return, that doesn't mean you are paying extra to do unlimited returns. It's a bad deduction if you stink that's what it implies?

I actually had a great experience with Jet's customer service. They forgot to send one of the items in my order so I called them and they expedited me a new one and sent me a hand written note in the mail apologizing.
