Seems like the people that are bashing jet.com didn't try them or tried them once and closed their eyes, I am a amazon fan I'm buying every day stuff, I bought in the last 2 years over 400 items, I bought already a few items from jet.com I msay  say they are much cheaper than amazon for most items, and they have big chances!

Happens to be that when I priced them on specific items they came in pretty much the same price then amazon, but stupid to judge before they actually open the doors,
Let's wait and see and time will tell
P.s. In my opinion customer service today is crutual for a business, it's extreme important and people will spend the extra penny to know that customer service has their back or the company stands behind their name, therefore I hope jet will follow on amazon and have awesome customer service too

Also I've had problems on Amazon and they always give me ridiculously generous compensation.

There are tens of thousands of complains between all threads, they are all from the last few months, and all from people writing in that forum

It's a new delivery service that has woefully been rolled out against customers wishes.

They haven't delivered billions of orders, so the complaint rate is very high and extremely embarrassing.

Eta: And think of the tens of thousands of customers that are paying $100/year for the crappiest delivery service known to mankind.
