AMZL delivery service should still be in the alpha phase of testing.
It also should be opt-in only at this point AND they should be PAYING their customers to test and give feedback to fine tune the service before it goes live.

Instead, customers are treated like a statistic. 2 billion orders a year, this delivery service with only affect a few million orders, sure why not. Let the small % of customer affected by this crappy service jump in a lake.

No one said that they're not gonna succeed and be #1 in a few years from now, it's just that they still have a hell lot of adjustments to make, in order to get them onto the right path. That's all.

And I hate when people that bash things I like for no reason.

Obviously they will need some adjustments (they didn't even launch yet!), but after ignoring my request to document some bad things about the site, I will assume your silence translates as complaints about petty, insignificant issues.

Ps. I happened to have the same exact issue and they resolved it quickly.

You guys are bashing Jet for nothing, they are going to bring us the best prices we ever thought of, they are drop shippers and their lower level costumer service don't understand the concept of it so well and how to deal with returns, it is very confusing for all of us, I didn't understand it fully yet, but again they are still in Beta and for that reason, they have to train their staff on how to deal with the system ,and whoever want's their system to succeed should send them feedback to feedback@jet.com and enjoy, but whoever don't want that (maybe some mods here) should just continue to bash them and try to make sure nothing comes out of there, again I would not trust them with shipping speed yet, but I'll trust them that i'll get my item if the price and everything makes sense (10-15% lower)

I'm not the only one that's had a negative experience with Jet.  Private beta isn't an excuse to be lousy, it's when you should be getting advocates rooting for you.

Nobody is dismayed. It just doesn't make much sense from a buyer's perspective from what I can see unless you have some vested interest in it. Which you do.
