I didn't mean to come up as grumpy myself, was partially in jest. Can you explain what you don't like about it?

I have received over 2k in merchandise for under $300, The customer service I experienced was very prompt and helpful, the shopping experience was efficient, quick, simple and even a little fun. So I was just curious what didn't sit right with you.

1. I found that sorting by price had nothing to do with reality
2. I don't want to need a calculator to figure out what my price will be,
3. some items (categories) cannot be found using the categories but only by doing a search which then includes all sorts of unrelated items

obviously the cheap/free merchandise is great. And the cs every1 seems to be ok with... I was solely referring to the website designing as others mentioned about searching/categories. Understanding "$xxx off your order", sometimes it's a discount off of other products and sometimes it's just a discount off their 'list' price.Product descriptions are terribly unclear. There are no product specifications. I was looking at a laptop, the only way to figure out the model was to click on the Walmart (comparison link) .
I think if they are trying to compete with Amazon, target, Walmart, costco they need to up their game...
