Jet.com CS is making me very dizzy. They are having a "system update" and I'm getting multiple reps responding to my emails.
Also lasership damaged my package so they need to cancel and replace my order.
They didnt offer any comp but I'm sure this episode is far from over (because I placed an order on a price mistake, an item selling for a single item price but listed as a pack of 6, which usually means I'm getting a single one. I have my screenshot ready).
They sent me a refund email based on the full price of the items and did not take into count the discounts. But the credit didn't show on my card and the pending charge is still there.
This should be fun.
Update: They continue on thier wonderful mess of things by resubmitting my order and while doing so putting in the discount (for the full amount) for an extra two cents, making my order -$0.02
