Shul near David's Citadel

Are there any Shuls / Steiblach near the David Citadel for Shachris as well as Mincha/Maariv?

I know the hotel has a shul, but it only has Minyan on Shabbos.

There's a predominantly French kollel a little higher up (towards the KD) and across the street
They have all davening but I don't remember the times.
