Like when people say "why would you even go to such a *crazy place* like Hong Kong? Why not just go to Miami with kosher restaurants??"

Whatever, we've never had an interest in Asia.
This deal doesn't excite me, that's all. Y class, no time off from work, flying an Arab airline, destinations that aren't near the top of my list. As always here, to each his own.

Never understood people that are so interested in EU but not South America or Asia.
Cheaper and far more different than the lives we're used to living.

I can't explain it either. Europe's history feels closer to me and the oriental stuff never interested me. I even find a special appeal for movies set in Europe much more than karate movies in China.
I got to Israel to experience the 3rd world country feel.

Only been to Miami for a wedding for 1 night. Don't see the appeal either.

I'd like to see a safari one day, or go through a rainforest, or see Australia/NZ, or Iguazu, but for now, I'm thinking beaches.
