Has anyone used Tamir Car Rental? They are half the price of Noach, and while I have had amazing experiences with Noach, it is hard to rationalize the extra $$$, if Tamir is decent.  Can anyone share their experience?

Also, any other car rental companies that you can recommend?

Hi
Noach get his cars from Hertz and are located in T3. For those that are arriving at Terminal 3.
Tamir might have decent prices but very difficult to communicate with.  They will bring the cars to the airport for you and in case they will bring the car 1 day earlier, you will be charged some extra fees for the airport parking.
