After a fast search it seems to me that none of the Credit cards offer Car rental protection in Israel, is this correct?

Btw, I think about Liability, none of the cards offer (including Amex premium protection).

If I booked a prepaid rental with a different credit card than with the the name of the driver picking it up using priceline. Can a different card be used at check in that has CDW coverage as per the rental company , it's the card that they put the deposit on that has to have the CDW coverage. Does this make sense?

In other words if paying just deposit on the card, will it still have CDW coverage?

Put everything on the card with CDW.
When you return the car and you did not have to use the coverage of that card, tell them that you want to use the other card for the charge of the rental.

Thanks. The thing is other card was already charged for priceline prepaid reservation (has cdw but name doesn't match driver) and can't change it. Now will need to give card that matches driver with cdw coverage at time of rental for deposit. Issue is it's 2 different cards (one user for priceline has different name than driver). Just wondering if CDW coverage will still work and how to make it work in this situation?

So does it means I am not convert when renting in Israel ??

It means the ventureX does not cover EY, the sapphire does.

With Chase moving coverage to a different underwriter, the language shows they cover up to $60k on a car up to $125k MSRP.
 It doesn't take too much for a car to cost $60k nowadays, what happens if said car is stolen? They only cover $60k? Your own insurance covers the rest?

Should not be a problem, I made a claim for both Primary and AU although not at the same time but it shows up as two different people and claims.

No. Even if she was a driver I don’t think it would cover. Anyway don’t use chase, use an Amex enrolled in primary. It’s worth it.

Chase doesn't cover women drivers? Are they really that bad? 

On a more serious note, why do you think that? My understanding (not sure from where though so maybe I made it up) was that all drivers are covered through the card as long as the renter is the cardholder.

Why not use CSR? I've gotten thousands of $$ from their insurance, Primary as well.

There’ve been quite a bunch of horror stories from them as well. Even for the successes Amex is a lot easier to deal with in many people’s experience. No repetitive requests for docs etc. Also note that chase just changed to another uw. There’s also the loss in value after repairs that chase doesn’t cover. Amex does.
