Over 73000 people attended the game. Imagine how many watched it. How many sports in USA have that many people at a game?

The Yids and Ajax Cape Town (Ok, so I literally know nothing about the latter aside from the name, but back when I was a young lad and they formed, I decided I like them because Benny McCarthy was then playing for Ajax Amsterdam)

Who comes up with this nonsense? I'm assuming you realize it's the same stadium, but both were sold out. That has to do with how they set up the stadium for each event. They had 77k+ there for last year's football college championship.

Also, average attendance for all MLS games in 2018 was barely more than 20k. Average for an NFL game this past season was something like 67k. And that's before you get into broadcast numbers.

Superbowl attendance numbers are dictated by supply, not demand.

Just look at (approximate) avg. selling prices from this year:
MLS Final - $293
Superbowl - $4,000+

Also, the MLS Final is played in the home team's city...
