That thread was not getting any traffic as the title said SoCal only and I figured this should get it own thread.

I cannot seem to get a valid use. Tried my wife's account with guest user prime (mother in-law is the primary) and also tried a trial prime membership on my own acct. Niether seem to be valid for this promo for delivery to downtown brooklyn (11201). Odd.
