Not that it matters so much, but
Loyalty Credits are provided in 2 ways: (1) "General Rewards Programs" like "Signing Up," "Inviting," "Promotional Email Rewards," or similar programs that may be offered, and (2) "When Friends & Friends of Friends Purchase". The latter is treated as "Loyalty Credit Income" and has a cash value as a merchandise credit if earned when third parties referred by a Registered User, either directly or through another Member, purchase goods.
We currently limit the annual amount of such "Loyalty Credit Income" from "When Friends & Friends of Friends Purchase" to $599.99 per calendar year, but may increase that annual limit in the future or for exceptions when approved by Management. "General Rewards Programs" credits are not limited, and Members may reside in any location when earning those credits. "Loyalty Credit Income" from "When Friends & Friends of Friends Purchase" is currently available for all Members except for those in these states: AR, CT, GA, KS, ME, MN, NJ, NY, PA, RI. Members residing in these states will be notified of this limitation upon Signing Up. These limits on participation may be changed in the future.
ie, the 3% and 2% referral incentive is not available
