anyone ever deal with their customer service? my shoe ripped after only a few months, and i called up and they said to send pictures.  they wrote back that i should go into any store and show them. will a random store actually help me?

one of my friends made a whole in one of his shoes after like 3 years of wearing and sent an email to them saying this is absurd, what kind of shoe is this and he ended up getting a $100 gift certificate to the store. So you have to write an email that will make them think you will never buy from them and you will tell everyone you know

Iv sent in shoes twice after customer service sent me a return label..they a sent me a $200 gift card both times...(even though I bought the shoes in Nordstrom Rack for a lot less then that)

since i bought the shoes in july 0f 2013 (even i though i didnt start wearing them until july of 2014)

Probably. IME they have great CS. But I'd stay away from the store near Lakewood if that's where you live..  ;)

after not getting back to me for a week and a half i called up and they told me all they can do is give me a 30% off code (i never purchase my shoes off their site bc they are very marked up)
any other recourse here? they said the issue is i purchased them too long ago (july 2013) even though i didnt start wearing them until summer 2014
