I've got a major issue. I ordered three cases on 1/16 and haven't gotten my rebates. I've called a bunch of times and they claim they don't see my order. Even once they found the order they don't find the rebate. I finally got mad and asked to speak to someone actually helpful so she looked into issue and claims she doesn't even see such a rebate offered back in January! Please please could someone check what their rebate number is so that I can point them in right direction?
