Good point, I thought he played last year. When healthy he is/was the best, but the way RB's age his time might be done already. Though even with ignoring CMC the torch goes to Jonathan Taylor in a landslide.

Where are you seeing this? Draftkings already has TB as the straight up favorite to come out of the NFC.
