I have had the S6 for about a week and really like the phone but the battery is horrible. Cant believe they took away the replaceable battery and expected this phone to be better.  I am thinking about switching phones but there isn't really anything better to switch to.

Insurance is usually from Asurion which is not the cell  provider.
Put it this way, if you get a 700 dollar phone for 200 and it breaks 3 weeks later, without insurance it will be pricey to replace.
I just made a claim for a bb classic for a friend. Had phone 5 days. 100 deductible and got new one no problem. Would have been 3-400 to buy...

and, you can usually buy a phone on eBay for a little more than the deductible.

Best insurance is to protect your phone and screen with good protectors, and be careful
