I am using my own Dollar car rental receipt to credit to an AAdvantage account, to reactivate expired miles. Problem is, the name on the car rental receipt on my own, and the AAdvantage account belongs to a relative (same last name, different addresses). It looks like with Dollar, you can make a claim for missing miles on their own website, and they will credit to the airline- at this link
