I use 1paasword (for mac). I like it a lot, have been using for couple of years now.

I just want a one page document, with user names and passwords .
Is google documents secure enough for such a document?

I use a program called Keeper. Works well for me.

Been using Roboform for years and it's great.

Besides passwords it also stores your credit cards and info. Uses that to automatically fill forms.
