I have moved my business email to gmail, and find the Gmail interface to be clunky compared to Outlook (I know I can use Outlook with Gmail). Are there outside tweaks I can make? How do I delete a single email from a chain, w/o deleting the entire chain? Haven't found any answer at Gmail. Thanks.
