Per this thread on FT, some people are getting another $200 credit on their citi AA exec cards. Seems very YMMV. Please post data points. I plan on spending $200 on mine and seeing what happens.

I had a $216 balance and I logged in to my account just to check on things and low and behold....

01-05-2015 Congrats! Purchase Bonus ($ 200.00)

It's all thanks to Dan. I usually never use my cc but since Dan posted a good deal on the illy espresso machine I bought it with this card since it has return protection.(Wasn't 100% sure if I wanted it)
Also I still haven't been billed the $450 AF and I got this card in April!

Good point. I was checking my "latest" card. I had quite a few of them and obviously the one i left open was the latest one.

It's not "based on calendar year". The 100k offer that was around earlier in 2014 had a one time $200 credit. There's obviously a mistake in the system that's giving it out again.

Credit came on my account, definitely calendar year as i have a reminder to cancel march 1st
