I'm 5 song

Years ago I had a copy of a Jewish children song with lyrics "I'm 5, I'm 5, I'm a great big boy I'm 5 ...". Can't find this song now.

Google search came up with a similar non-Jewish version (probably the original version).

Would love to play it today for a 5 year old whose  birthday is today.

Would you know which album has this song and where I can get a copy of it?

My recollection from many years ago (living out of town) is that the boy singing has a very strong New York accent.
