OK , you do hear of bombings and stuff about once in 2 months, but come on, its rare.
I think it's totally safe, but I can be called reckless so dunno.
How would you book that flight?

U have the air Sinai flight from cairo it's just complicated to book and expensive

Doing some tip research- thought this old thread (fascinating btw!) might be worth updating that now that Egypt Air flys to TLV "officially" as opposed to using the Air Sinai brand, buying this CAI-TLV ticket might be much easier.
