I think so.  Note the sizes of the bowls.  8 qt,5 qt, 4 qt and smaller.  These are the sizes of my bigger pots.  Also 18/8 stainless - should be strong enough steel.
The price is good for this number of quality bowls.  (If indeed they are good quality.)

Depending on the plastic, metal can be sturdier.  It doesn't retain smells or stains. 
At this point, my milchig bowls are plastic, my flaishig are metal (and glass serving/mixing), My challah bowl is a large metal.
